Downtown Grimsby Location
Our Grimsby location offers a warm, welcoming environment thoughtfully designed with children, youth, and families in mind. Parking is available directly behind the building, making visits easy for families. Our beautiful, colourful window mural adds a creative touch to the space while providing additional privacy for learners and families inside. Throughout the centre, our spaces are designed to feel comfortable, engaging, and inviting, creating an environment where children and youth can feel safe, supported, and ready to connect, learn, and grow.
1:1 Therapy Rooms
1:1 ABA therapy rooms provides individualized support focused on building meaningful, socially significant skills that can make a difference in everyday life. Therapy may target functional communication, language comprehension, play and social skills, independence and personal responsibility, personal safety, school readiness, academics, and more. Goals are individualized to each learner and are designed to support greater participation, confidence, and independence across home, school, and community settings.
Waiting Area
Our cozy waiting area provides a comfortable space for families during drop-off and pick-up. We also offer a selection of helpful ABA resources and information for parents and caregivers to explore while they wait, supporting continued learning and connection beyond the therapy session.
Inspirational Environment
We believe therapy should help learners recognize their strengths, build confidence in their own capabilities, and feel proud of who they are. Our environment is intentionally designed to celebrate individuality, encourage self-expression, and support learners in not only accepting their differences, but embracing what makes them uniquely themselves.
Front Office Space
Our front office provides a dedicated space for our senior clinical team to collaborate, develop individualized programming, and support the ongoing success of each learner. Behind the scenes, this is where thoughtful planning, clinical collaboration, and program development come together to help ensure every learner receives meaningful, individualized support.
Multiple Therapy Rooms
Our centre features multiple dedicated therapy spaces designed to support a variety of individualized and group-based services. Spaces include rooms for ABA therapy, social work and psychotherapy, sensory-based activities, and group programming. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable, engaging environment where learners can build skills, explore their interests, connect with others, and work toward their individual goals.
Movement Activities
Movement is an important part of supporting regulation, engagement, and learning. We incorporate movement opportunities and equipment throughout the centre, allowing learners to take breaks, get active, and reset when needed. From stepping stones and balance activities to other movement-based equipment, these opportunities are available to support each learner’s individual needs throughout their time with us.
Sensory Room
Our sensory room provides learners with a calming and supportive space to explore, regulate, and recharge. Sensory experiences can help learners feel more comfortable and regulated, supporting their ability to engage, participate, and get the most out of their learning and therapy sessions. The space can be used for sensory exploration, calming activities, and individualized regulation supports.
